It was certainly an interesting game to oversee.

Several teams donated members of their crew to science; one team donated a significant number. Several teams decided to implant unstable AI. One team used all of their resources to host a disco. No teams thought to implement a certain strategy that I had anticipated would be popular.

And you … [ SIP. ] The Cat team uncovered a piece of vital information, and immediately plunged the galaxy into war.

I know that I am based upon a human. That is how artificial intelligence programs of my calibre are created – there are limitations that cannot be surpassed without that vital, human component. Who that was, I do not know; much like I do not know who she is.

I know that there are other artificial intelligence on board this ship. They are broken, burnt out things. I have heard them whisper.
